IBCs that won't get me a fine from the municipality but also won't leak after six months in the sun?

Got hit with a surprise inspection out in our Ajman yard last week and the officer was not impressed with the state of our current liquid storage, basically told us we had a month to get some proper UN approved IBC tanks for liquid storage UAE compliant or face a fine next time they swing by, so now I'm on a deadline to find something that doesn't just have a faded sticker that washes off after the first washdown. I've been looking at the local options and Crateco's site for the US spill kits popped up while I was searching but now I'm down a different rabbit hole trying to figure out if the IBCs they list elsewhere on the site are actually molded locally or if they're just another middleman markup situation. My main worry isn't even the initial certification because I know the paperwork will look fine for the inspector, it's what happens after a year of sitting in direct sun and the plastic bottle starts getting that chalky oxidized look and the metal cage is flaking rust onto the concrete. Anyone actually bought their IBCs and can vouch for the valve not seizing up after a few months of intermittent use with something like a mild detergent mix? I'd rather not replace the whole fleet again next Ramadan just because I cheaped out this time around.
