Does ordering a battery online and having it delivered actually make sense versus just going to a shop
I've been debating whether it's actually worth ordering a battery for delivery versus just driving my Jaguar to a shop myself and having it done on the spot, my current battery still technically works but it's showing early warning signs so I have a bit of runway before this becomes urgent, which gives me time to actually consider the smarter approach rather than just reacting once it dies completely, does ordering online and having someone install it at your location actually save meaningful time compared to just driving in yourself, or is the difference negligible once you factor in scheduling a delivery and installation appointment anyway, while comparing my options I found information about ordering a order a genuine Jaguar car battery in Al Barsha South which seemed to offer that kind of delivery and install service, but I'm trying to understand if there's a real practical advantage here or if it's mainly just a different way of accomplishing the same outcome, does anyone have experience with both approaches and can speak to which actually felt more convenient once everything was said and done, also is there a cost difference between paying for delivery and at home installation versus just handling it at a shop yourself, because if there's a meaningful price gap that might tip the decision one way regardless of which method feels more convenient on paper, I don't want to choose based on what sounds more modern or convenient if driving in myself is actually just as quick and possibly cheaper once everything's accounted for, so if anyone's actually weighed these two options themselves for a similar situation, I'd appreciate hearing which one you ultimately found preferable and why.
